A quick but powerful massage, providing instant tension relief for tight muscles.  The combination of firm massage and soothing products loosens muscles, leaving you relaxed and revitalised.

STRESS COMBAT Full body massage

One of the primary goals of Swedish massage is to relax the whole body by using long gliding movements in the direction of blood returning to the heart.  This increases the level of oxygen in the blood and improves circulation.

Pregnancy massage can be used to reduce swelling, ease discomfort, or release tension in the body. 

Our therapists will take extra care to ensure you are comfortable, please do not hesitate to discuss whether massage during pregnancy is right for you with your massage therapist.  All of the products we use during our pregnancy massage treatment are suitable for both baby and you.
